You did kill SDA and Marshal confirms as town.
Marshal framed you for murder
Marshal got pranked and saw you visiting SDA and mafia got rid of tracks of mafia killer.
Pretty sure someone said that prankster would fake results, but not interfere (so if a TI was told that they were roleblocked by trickster, they would still receive results anyways), so marshal couldn’t have been the victim of prankery

They still can be victim by having “specific” players visiting the player and as I mentioned, hide the mafia killer so they can perform silent kills.
I asked Jgoes and he said that if a Prankster pranked me while I checked someone I would only get the pranked results not the real ones, I’m assuming it would be the same for Lookout
I’m not totally sure why the fake-roleblock interaction is different but
even if prankster could, say, give false results, marshal should have received two results
Oh, you do have a point there. But why would prankster be so lucky as to guess marshal to be lookout?

No such thing as luck, but mafia have probably figured out either by reading the posts for softclaim.
Tinfoil: The fact that neither Arete nor Marshal care to back off each other indicates TvS/SvS and all other tinfoils putting them TvT are wrong.
