That’s why Vienna coffee is good.

First coffee shop in Austria was established there (by polish person actually) and they were selling coffee with milk, without sugar.

And it developped there in local coffee baking industry that they should bake it in a way to be sweet/not bitter, since people there drink it always without sugar, so it has to be naturally sweet.
