What happened?
2 phys both rez one person and both rez procs are used
What was SUPPOSED to happen?
One phys is supposed to fail
Steps to reproduce:
Get two phys and rez a dude on 1 night

when an ability is used, it is used. whether occupied/debauched/prevented/someone else doing the same thing. would stop you from using them(from experience playing the game, that’s how it always worked.). but the bug of both of them seeing the message instead of in number order is interesting.
