There was this one post that described Conduit as newbtown and I agree with that perspective basically. In addition, they were cursed by the NPC, whereas they weren’t scumread, so NPC likely comes from scum. I think, I played with NPCs maybe like twice

Surge is being really fucking weirdly quiet and it is super disconcerting for me rn. So I would put him to a 4.
