honestly I think Min’s take on Marl’s event timing isn’t that bad. I disagree because I mentioned earlier that there’s a reason I see it coming more from a villager than a wolf, but I don’t see anything inherently scummy about questioning the timing. I think it should be questioned, in fact, and I think I’ve only seen Min and Appel question it so far (and maybe Chloe? can’t recall).
The reason I personally said that I think it’s more likely to come from town Marl is because if it’s some sort of trap it would have outed him pretty much immediately as scum, and self-bussing is pretty stupid this early in the game unless you’re a suicide bomber or have the ability to manipulate the wagons somehow. Considering he claimed eventmaker and he literally started an event, I don’t have too much reason to doubt what he said (plus the event is over now, so I’m assuming we find out anyway if he told the truth about the prize).
