Or even the question of ‘should this person be alive right now?’

That leads to a town loss

By quickhammering you cut the days short many times which didn’t allow you to find anyone or change your state of mind. It also prevented one of the players from talking entirely. It was extremely -EV and I will die on this hill.

Even if you’re set and tunneled into one world, you should absolutely spend as much time as you can thinking about all possible worlds and what exactly it means for the game if the person you’re wagoning flips town

yeah it was because MyLo/LyLo wasn’t announced, according to the OP
so even wolves didn’t know when it was MyLo/LyLo since we didn’t know if there was an arsonist or not

neither my dayvig nor my gladiate would’ve been disabled for today as far as I can tell
and I wouldn’t have known whether we were in MyLo/LyLo without attempting or hammering
so I went for the hammer instead

Okay so you didn’t see a world in which Wind could be a wolf, I get that

But other people did

You could have spent the 48h talking it over with them and who knows
Maybe you would have changed your mind on the mechclear and noticed they shouldn’t be alive at that point in the game

We can’t know for sure, but I do think it was objectively anti-town to quickhammer that many times and cut off discussion
