Scroll up a bit. He didnā€™t even get it right. The upkeepā€™s ability is that anyone who looks at his card cannot vote during the day. He can definitely be swapped

Ima just list out every role action in order for your convenience

Shut in: The first time someone tries to swap with you it will fail. You will know if this did anything

Trickster: Swap cards with someone. Swap back at the end of the night

Upkeep: Anyone who views your card at night cannot vote

Baptist: look at a players card. If they are a werewolf then swap them with a center card

Robber: Swap cards with another player and look at your new card

Troublemaker: Swap cards between 2 other players

Insomniac: select 2 players. Either of them may reveal their card you and each other

Mastermind: Look at a players card and the center cards. If you are swapped the new mastermind does the action instead

Cub: look at a players card if they are not the mastermind then do their night action.
