What was your reaction to my cover?

Yeah, to reiterate, spew in general killed the wolves this game.

Vulgard’s push on Phraze spewed her V, Mistyx got SHC’d, Marl kind of obvtowned himself, and Appel TMI’d Cent hard while complementing Mistyx’s SHC.

Technically Zone’s reaction to Vul also spewed him kinda non-W/W but with his play, Wazza’s bus-like push on Appel, and Cheese trying to CFD off a wolf because of “activity is NAI” basically made me ignore that, so eh.

Like, this is why I repeatedly tell people to stop defending players that you don’t townread.

If they flip red then it makes you look horrible and ends up locking you in the PoE.

Don’t do this shit.

Regarding to defending in general, do you think it’s a great opportunity to see how a person defends their action instead of defending them yourself?

I mean I don’t think ‘don’t defend players you don’t townread’ is applicable advice here since he did townread Vulgard

Like, just stop defending yourself.

I say this non-stop as defending yourself makes you unreadable.

Main issue with Cheese was how he pushed the “inactivity is NAI” angle, though.

Like, unless you have a really good case on why you thought a wolf was a villager then I’ll tunnel you for defending them.

Like at all? What if something throws nonsense at you and everyone starts to believe it because you aren’t addressing it? :eyes:

Sorry, misread

Debunk it in less the 5 posts and then keep on solving the game. Spamming a link to the duality game didn’t help you in the slightest.

Well, fortunately your constant bashing that I don’t do anything made the entire wolf wagon go on me :joy:

What sucks about this setup is the PR hunt component. So, basically, everything the setup represents. We couldn’t kill the conventionally competent players. Instead, we had to hunt for the cop.

N1, I already had the PoE locked down outside of the aforementioned group. Night 1, we dabbed on Cream, because Psyx had a cop read on Cream, and I concurred (I am not blaming Psyx for this, it was fine).

Throughout day 2, I started PoEing people down further and realized that the cop was inactive. Or, rather, they didn’t leave peeks / didn’t soft / didn’t do anything. Every active player was outside the cop PoE for one reason or another. I know calling Silviu inactive is questionable, considering his postcount, but you likely know what I mean.

When I replaced out, I had the PoE at something like LiLi/Silviu. N1 was between Cream/LiLi/Phraze/Silviu iirc.

Why does this suck? I would’ve much rather killed the players who could find us. Instead, we had to kill pushable slots.

I’m not sure if it actually happened, but I suggested in wolfchat that we should push Silviu d2 to resolve him. I really wanted the cop out of the way so we could nightkill the social threats.

And this is really lame from a wolf POV. But I could also see this being lame from a villager POV.

You can’t genuinely solve, for the most part, because you have to maintain cop cover. There’s one player you decide not to read each day, increasing by 1 on future days. And there are players you can’t push, because others will defend them in the name of their fake peek(s).

It doesn’t even feel like mafia when you can’t push or kill or even read whoever you want.
