There is small mistake in mafia wincon.

Well, not mistake, but obviously you don’t need to kill neutrals cause there is no neutrals this game.

Old mafia wincon: You win upon reaching parity with Town and eliminating all harmful neutrals.
New mafia wincon: You win upon reaching parity with Town.

Town wincon: You win when all threats to Town have been eliminated.
