Marshal is doing cop cover in an extensible obnoxious way but not hard protecting his check
I find that cover!Marshal would be more invested in their role-play because he does gamethrowinglike behavior a lot in literally every game and is usually very convicted of it
There he just screams he is a cop without defending his target whilst I think town Marshal would obnoxiously defend someone they townread
Marshal does this shit a lot, I don’t know if it is alignment indicative, and I hate it to my guts

Why is everyone screaming at me when I accused Marshal but no one debating my points
Nearly everyone is doing cover, and his only real defense of derps is his greencheck.
Short of claiming The One And Only Cop, can he really convince us of derps’ innocence on that alone?
I contend that it plausibly makes sense for a real cop in that situation to cut their loss and not overcommit. And thus, it also plausibly makes sense for a covercop to do the same.
I mean he has been town core for a while.
Throwback to the time when I was the cop and Merc was the only one keeping decent cover and I was like ‘Merc and her N0 are obviously a scumteam’

FWIW my early townreads are usually better than my early scumreads
If I die overnight and you mislynch all my townreads I will be sad

I think there’s probably too little time for me to be convinced of anyone other than derps. Although sometimes he does seem to be working alone…
But I have literally nothing else, so my vote will probably stay.
