If you think about it, town get 1 claim clear, 1 check clear, and one roleblock semi-clear. That leaves 4 uncleared townies, to win, scum need to mislynch 3/4 non-clears, which is 75%.

This setup is still scumsided even with scum chat

Technically, if there’s a wolf lynch then the JK is always a clear here. A player not dying can mean that the JK’d player is either the last wolf or the last wolf tried to kill them. Mechanically it’s better used offensively if there’s only one wolf left.
