I’m not even pushing James anymore, at this point I’m basically willing to accept the mechanical clear on him even if it doesn’t make sense.
Serious question: given that in the alternate universe where I’m a wolf I know Merc is scum, why would I not at the very least bus her after she basically got CC’d?
Except that townreading someone for aggressively pushing another player is a thought process that an actual person might actually have, while townreading someone for not voting the semi-outed wolf is pretty much not a thought process that anyone has had ever.

No, the thing Hja is saying is that in LotR with the Alice push I was basically doing it for towncred because randomly tunneling Alice is a bad idea as scum, so people would think I was townie for doing it.
