Erm… I don’t see it. I see the progression of you going from “Pigeon is outed scum” to “I think Pigeon can be town”, but I don’t see the arguments supporting the transition.
Oh yeah I remember. I didn’t see why Pigeon as mafia would be actively pushing the direction he was.
He’s not achieving a mafia wincon through his actions.
If your perspective is that he is just doing it to fit in town, then that’s fine
What exactly is the direction Pigeon was pushing?
Pigeon was disagreeing with the start of d2 pushes on me.
He wanted to look into mafia outside of the simple “nuclear voted late and was anti town HUR DUR”
I think mafia can easily fall into that trap, and I liked Pigeon was trying to break things down more, that is towny.
Are you sure that’s because he wanted to break away from the thought of you being scum, and not because Whysper’s wagon was gaining more traction?
Before he switched votes to Whysper, he was the only one left on your wagon; I had already left long ago.
I guess that’s fair
I’m biased because I think Whysper might be mafia lol
Scumreading Whysper is pretty much what at least 5/13 players are doing right now.
However, I don’t see how that relates to Pigeon getting townread because he switched his vote from you to Whysper.
personally i think they could be w/w but people placing votes on pigeon instead of whysper make me think it’s wolves trying to get people off their teammate for another day
but yeah i’m very biased at this point
…Windward, could you please remind me what your reads on Clown and City are?
I think City is a bit more villagery than scummy, I went through their ISO and also have seen how they interact in the thread firsthand. YesterDay I thought City was actually very towny but then I had some doubts around/after EoD. But I trust Vulgard and Marl more than my own opinion and both of them think City is probably town now iirc, and at least one of them and possibly both are town, imo, so I think it’s reasonable to sheep the read there.
Clownzu honestly idk, i didn’t look much in depth at her. I also thought she was a bit towny by tone but she’s never been above nulltown, and I don’t really like where and how she’s been placing her vote. As January pointed out, the first vote she didn’t sheep was the one on pigeon, and I’m not even that sure it’s a hit.
bleh
i tried making a tiered readlist and i don’t really think i get how it works
i’m not satisfied with it because somehow there’s a slot that i’ve given very little attention to that’s all the way at the bottom
the more I read of Windward, the more I see the glaring differences to last game
so are you back to scumreading me again?
i was only in warrior cats for half a day though and tbh i interact differently with certain people
i do know i have one major wolftell that for some reason should be blatantly obvious but i think only one person has ever pointed it out to me
and i do it without really thinking about it
i haven’t done it here and it doesn’t really matter if i tell it to you, since i’m aware of it anyway, but such things do exist lol
i actually feel like every time people compare my previous game to my current game, they complain that it’s different and it must be wolfy
because this happens in most games and i haven’t wolfed since April or May
I am assuming you still read me around the same level as City, and from what I see you are reading Clown as -at best- nulltown because you don’t know where Pigeon’s wagon is heading off to.
You think Pigeon is a CW to Whysper, but do you realize that I can just… switch my vote to Whysper to delete this wagon?
Pigeon isn’t a CW. It was never supposed to be one. IDK why City hopped onto this wagon, but the sole purpose of my vote is to make Pigeon talk more so I can read him more, yet I haven’t seen him do that.
I am actively wasting my power (i.e. my vote) to pressure someone who isn’t active, but otherwise I would be voting Whysper. Whysper isn’t even fazed from getting pressured despite being top wagon, so why do you expect her to be pressured by more votes?
Let me burn the bushes and ask you: In your wildest imaginations, who do you think are the wolves who are trying to steer the exe from Whysper to Pigeon?
also, i really don’t enjoy wolfing that much and last time i was such an obvwolf that i got yeeted D1 anyway
correct, and you and City are above Clownzu by a little bit in my list, but around the same general area
I know the reason for your vote on pigeon was for pressure. It’s a bit hard to pressure a slot that literally doesn’t do anything, so I’m not blaming you for it. But my question is moreso why City and Clownzu are voting pigeon because I don’t really think they’re voting him for pressure, Clownzu literally hasn’t given opinions of her own on anyone other than pigeon, and City seemed to think my Silviu/Whysper read made sense but is on pigeon for unknown reasons.
I don’t really expect her to get fazed from pressure. I am more focused on the vote movements than the actual slots being voted, and trying to interpret the wagonomics shifts because I feel like the pigeon wagon looks like a pressure vote plus a dogpile, and that’s what happened to Leafia yesterDay and she flipped town.
Whysper isn’t doing any steering so I’ll ignore that
I think one of Clownzu/City would be scum
and then I think min is scum for no better reason other than that they don’t think Whysper is scummy, but I forgot what they said about pigeon other than not to overestimate him.
which… admittedly doesn’t match up with my current readlist perfectly, but i do suspect someone outside my PoE is scum, and while i have 5 slots at or below null, only 2 are in my direct PoE right now.
think I’ll ISO min before EoD, I shouldn’t just leave it till after Whysper’s flip
maybe i’ll find something useful
