Yes. I believe the main reason would be Marl’s legacy, but FMPOV Marl was simply wrong about me, and there is no telling that he might be wrong about everyone else as well.

He was wrong about Leafia and Whysper, so it’s already been proven his reads aren’t accurate.

I think that while his actions are honorable, the motives that backs his actions are questionable.
