Literally me. Whenever I run a VPN it’s always on my phone.
Why? Because I can run it on mobile data rather than my home network; running a VPN is essentially plugging a computer randomly into your network and giving them access to your WiFi. I don’t care if they have access to my mobile data, really.

Well there’s a lot of usages for VPNs
For example, like I was saying earlier, to appear as a different IP address which is useful in several ways like bypassing minecraft multiple account voting checks privacy stuff.
