Vulgard seems very over-eager. I want to see if he keeps this level of high WiM later on and what he does with it. He seems super polarizing right now, kind of a “you love him, or you hate him” type guy. I am honestly not sure where most of these reads come from, I see a lot of unsubstantiated posts just saying that he is a mafia or he is a town with no reasoning.

I want to tinfoil that Vul is a wolf who has improved, but that’s just tinfoil. In FoL 29 Vul somehow survived to d3 as the starting CL and only got WiM back at that point then convinced everyone that he was town. It’s just a tinfoil though, but he did say postgame that he needs to work on his early game

that’s the easiest way to describe my read on him but i know he hates it so i’ll try to explain it as best as i can

when vulgard is a villager, his posts have a certain level of genuineness that he is really not good at replicating as a wolf

his level of fake solving as a wolf is good at face value, but when you look at it under a microscope they’re much weaker posts than when he’s a villager

and his posts have not felt like his wolf posts

but generally when vulgard is a villager you’ll see one post and its like

“this post cannot ever come from wolf!Vulgard”

i have not seen that post

but i don’t hate his posts

so he’s probably just town

As I can only choose a single player to vote at a time, I have a Finger of Suspicion on Leafia, Wiisp, Vulgard. Vulgard is no longer in the thread or I would place a vote there.

i don’t know why i like this because i think it’s objectively not very AI but it shows that they’re using their vote with intent to actually get something out of someone in thread

plus the fact they have a tentative scumread on vulgard, see that i’ve expressed some level of competence in reading vulgard, and bring it up to me is a good look for them – not at all unfakable, but it’s notable

they also continue to interact with vulgard quite a bit, and it feels like they’re actually trying to solve that slot

i don’t think anything this slot has done is unfakable by a wolf but it’s fairly villagery

I gave up believing in my reads after FoL 29 and the alt game, even if I was Mafia. Posting my reads just makes everyone suspects me so I completely give up on reads at this point. They’re stupid and when I try give my opinions I’m instantly suspected for it.
