I think Jake actually had a really towny first half of D1, I liked a lot of his takes on Isaac
There was something else I was gonna say but forgot
Kai was an obvious counterwagon to Jake
the Jake push was obvious distancing because of how easily Luxy townread him after that
He lynched Kai for Kai behavior when Chem was way more suspicious
also this, which I was saving in my talk with Priestess, which I put aside because ultimately I decided that Luxy will be read from either if the rest of the town gets more active or if Jake flips town.
Summary
My conclusions are that:
- Everyone is interacting so little with Jeremy that he had little to do
- Jake never stopped sheeping Luxy. The Luxy + Jake interaction feels heavily like distancing, because other than that they rarely interact between themselves whilst Jake still agrees faithfully with everything Luxy says. From all I have seen of town!Jake, they usually make more reads themselves rather than blatantly sheeping. Then Luxy makes up their mind that Jake is townie because he justifies himself… by only parroting what Luxy said.
- Luxy still seeked the newest wagon they could justify a lynch at rather than who was more scummy. The justificative on Kai was puny (Kai is crazy batshit as NAI) and Chem’s/Isaac’s was much more solidified.
- Townread Nuclear for having similar reads is really eurgh.
Jake wasn’t, but it was better that you pointed out his blatantly obvious sheeping first than everyone else, if you could only make an excuse to townread them. Jake’s push ended in pizza. Everyone forgot it when you shifted to Kai, so Jake’s push did not matter.
I never brought that point in play after like my first post when I said it jokingly. Luxy really paid attention to this as if it was my main reason for scumreading them for some reason since the SoD, when at earlygame I was townleanning GeyXy.
There should be more in Geyde’s posts as well but reading through a wall of offenses at me makes me sick.
You can see how similar it is to the post I said earlier because I just erased the Luxy parts as I didn’t want people to focus on my null rather than my scumlock
At the same time their progression although linear does not feel like scum progression
I honestly think we will only be able to read GeyXy if someone steps up and brings in new content to break their monopoly
