i donāt know about you but my reaction to getting scumread will be a baseball bat, no matter my alignment 
would you not try to get onto someoneās good side to get them to drop any suspicion on you
scumreading/townreading someone who presses you is so generic on itself that it canāt be labelled scummy or towny behavior
