I think I’ll move Vul back into about halfway down the PoE and put forward a memorandum to revisit him to see if he’s advanced the gamestate on D2-3 or so.

Although early Sulit was bad, I think the reason for my dislike of the slot was based off of them wanting to do the ‘no fluff standard’ and as such shouldn’t be considered when creating an overall picture
