It’s possible that wolves were reading Appel as the Poisoner, not the Healer, and didn’t want to softconfirm someone as town by poisoning them?
See it would make sense but if eevee managed to make a confident guess on a PR I don’t know why they might not go for it.

Scum poisoner goes for andrej because nobody would ever heal a constant slanker

They could have the fake poison on another target, tbh. Or use the normal poison and hope that the town poisoner picked a bad target. Not poisoning anyone feels off.
i could see town poisoner not poisoning out of fear of hitting town but scum poisoner has no reason whatsoever not to
