[VFM] Purgatory III: The Reckoning! Finale. Demons Win!

At least my posts are directed to try hunt scum instead of just bitching about someone else posting.

:fire::fire:

My post a second ago was literally me scumhunting. At least I’m not spamming all my posts in order to reach my post count.

Not to mention, you aren’t scumhunting, you’re literally just relaying reactions that frankly, I don’t give a shit about.

I’m not using this reasoning to clear anyone, I just think it is more likely scum is in the lower posters at the moment.

I don’t really know what happened in the Anonymous game.

Yeah Moleland has pinged me aswell.

I mentioned to my partner last night I didn’t like how Yawn pushed on us and popped out of the thread.

However, I am really liking their recent posting so far, so I’m going bump them up into my town list.

It feels like town reading up and pointing things out as they come to them! I really like it!

However, I disagree. I feel like they’re only spam-speaking after the ping and after you decided to call scum in the low-posters.

I disagree entirely with Darths readslists, I have almost the exact opposite apart from my slot.

However his reasons are actually pretty solid so I might have to reeval Trivial despite liking their tone.

I mean, if I was under 20 posts, I’d try to get up to the limit too! I don’t want to get replaced out.

Their posts don’t feel like they’re just posting to post!

I’ll be back later, I’m going back to sleep.

Zones initial Wazza vote is weird but NAI for me as it’s sort of awkward as both alignments and I’m assuming it’s a lolZone thing.

He then goes downhill a lot for me because he focuses on hypothetical and mech talk in almost all his posts till Trivial appears.

This may be me being bias because I’m town reading trivial and dislike raven but Zone giving no content and then voting Ravens (my scumreads) voter (Trivial, my townlean) doesn’t sit well with me. Having said that this is a pretty awful point as I’m relying too much on preflip associations so maybe I should just leave Zone as null.

I also found it weird how Zone was obsessed with ā€œwhy you townread me lollllā€. When I’m townread I’m like ā€œyeah duh you’re townreading me I’m town why the fuck wouldnt you townread meā€. His questioning of townreads on him seems awkward and self-aware.

But yeah I’m voting Raven and would like to see Raven die. If Raven mafia I’ll vote Trivial for Heaven. If not I’ll reevaluate of course.

By the way Yawn 2 has not posted yet, I have all been the same person.

I don’t understand this sentence at all.

Specifically with the replays mafia part, it’s like you’re in anonymous FM and accusing me.

That was either autocorrect or typo.

Gotcha.

Yes I get the concept of gun-to-head, however, making reads without any basis is not something I like to do, nor is it productive. Wanting to have my thoughts together is not a crime. Also, I’m surprised you jump on this here considering you let it slide with An_Gorta_Partai.

Again, I don’t see how taking my time is a bad idea, I’d rather post productively that not contribute at all.
Regarding my earlier self-meta, it’s come to my attention that that aspect of my play style likely won’t work in this game due to the low volume of posts. In previous games, I’ve done said play style and usually did the full thread read after about 1000 posts, but clearly this isn’t going to happen here any time soon.

I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) my first appearance wasn’t near Yawn’s. I don’t like pulling random comments on things that far back from my interaction with the thread, that’s what my thread reads are for.

I notice you reached back to my first post for this comment, not sure I get why other than to point out this hedge that we already knew was there. For my POV, the hydra heads speaking to each other is part of the thread filling, which you most definitely did.

You make a fair point here. Moleland’s posts didn’t really stick out to me, I’ll have to go back and take a look at this one though.

The thread certainly wasn’t active because of this vote. You seem to take the inactivity hunt as meaning scum are definitely there, when ultimately that’s not the point of it. Hunting the inactives is more likely to draw them out when they are accused, providing more discussion and more content to actually game solve on.
I hardly find that you are game solving when a large chunk of your posts are suggestions for how other people should be playing instead of pushes.

The dialogue was unusual, but again I was not in thread and it would not have been productive to go back and state that take earlier, when then I could’ve easily written it off as a joke. However, it’s not just that that comes off in this manner. It seems a lot of your posts are directed towards this people pleasing concept. You inconsistently push people, opting instead to take this ā€˜mentor’ role and offer advice on how they should be playing. A villager would be analyzing that play style instead of just offering how they should change it to look better.

This is where I’m at right now AMA:

Yawn

Anagram
Trivial
Wazza

An_gorta_pratai
Darth Tarbor

Moleland
Zone_Q11
Raven

Thank you!

I will wait for Player 1 to respond to this. I haven’t really read you in depth.

~ Player 2

This is pretty much where I’m at as well!

~ Player 2

Why am I in your townreads?

You dont have an aggressive agenda like you often do as scum and I liked you being annoyed at me, it felt genuine and I’m not sure mafia Wazza would react that way.
