I’m using these next 3 posts just to point out some stuff i find odd in Windy’s posting so far

I’m saving my last 10 posts specifically to interact with arctic because i want to rub in his face how towny i am before i get capped

I do still greatly prefer vulgard over wwa atm but i’m not all the way through windy’s posts yet, just read her whole wallpost and some of the reactions to it

Sure, so (correct me if I’m wrong), Vulguard is claiming one of the unique town roles. The existence of the Jailor makes it hard for me to justify doing that as a wolf.

That, continuing to push on Chloe/me even when it was being ignored, and the general feeling of Vulguard’s posts have me leaning pretty heavily on him being town.

i feel like this wouldn’t be his reasoning if he were mafia, simply because i’d expect literally any other player in this game to realize i wasn’t trueclaiming

and it would probably be mentioned in scumchat

which would then lead to willtaylor not using this reasoning to townread me, because he’d have TMI the claim is fake, in a way

probably. if not, then he could still use this reasoning without consulting with teammates, so this isn’t very strong, but eh.

instead i came back now and picked up wherever I left off to read a chunk of posts. I haven’t read everything, but I did see a couple things I wanted to point out so far that I’ll summarize here.

This immediately felt really underwhelming to me
I realize it’s a post capped game and how i caught up was really really stupid but when you compare windy’s catchup to mine it like
isn’t even close to as towny

windy just grasped the vague concepts of the posts she missed rather than bothering to look at the intentions behind the posts

Particularly from the interactions around ~posts 500-600, I’m thinking there’s one wolf in Vulgard/Prophylaxis. I read a chunk of posts where they were both wolfreading each other and it didn’t look partnered to me.

Vulgard’s early play in this game kind of vaguely resembles what I did in Ciconia (except less dramatic and annoying than my openwolfing).

Anyway, I’m not gonna discount the possibility that both of them are town, cause if they are, I lowkey want them in the game for as long as possible lol. I know I haven’t been historically good at reading either of them so I want to be sure on their alignments this time.

and the bolded just feels really agenda-ey regardless of if there is a wolf in vulgard/prophy or not

you know who else would want vulgard/prophy to be around and not resolved for as long as possible

wolves trying to get them to hyperfocus on one another

or in the vulgard wolf world, which i think is more likely, of course you’d want your partner around as long as possible and you can just night kill prophy to shut him up later

I think his defense of himself looks more or less ok even though I don’t think Marl’s posts look as bad as Arctic seemed to be saying they did.

this is one of the few actual interactions windy seemed to have ‘read’ when catching up
but
it also happened right around the time they checked in the first time into thread to excuse themselves for the day

otherwise all the reads given in the wallpost are super vague and nondescript, which feels like how a wolf who hadn’t actually read most of the thread would approach it

also another really big red flag of the windy/vul w/w world is the emphasis they wanted to put on not calling vulgard and prophy hard v/w because they realized if vulgard died it would spew prophy as town and draw attention to her

i’ll admit my bias of thinking vulgard is a wolf played a big part in why i found windy’s catchup wallpost really wolfy but still

It feels like this could be a Vulgard/Prophylaxis/WWA world where Vulgard/Prophylaxis double bus themselves and WWA is trying to preemptively make the other one’s position in the thread look better SoD2.
