Essentially this is just Cult vs Seen
They need offensive immunity because their whole shtick is to visit as many players as possible I’d say.
Occ immunity, but not redirect immunity.
that accomplishes nothing in terms of their survivability
what if they had a limited use self healing ability
instead of just always doing that
True, which is why I don’t like the “cooldown” idea. But maybe they shouldn’t heal themselves with every bite? They already have Mist Form to protect themselves.
And this.
Their day abilities already give them protection. Three times total. Why not just remove the passive healing effect from Vampiric Bite?
Like, at this point I don’t think there’s ever a good reason to use Mist Form unless you think an investigative / an attack that bypasses healing is headed your way.
Because town exists
i don’t think there is any prevention immunity so mist form is pretty strong, yeah
i agree this is kind of rediculous. The self healing alone means they cannot die.
I’d argue removing the passive healing from Vampiric Bite might be a good enough nerf. Gives you room to attack the Strigoi and possibly kill them, while simultaneously forcing the Strigoi player to strategize about self-preservation.
Maybe some form of “weak” healing?
Add The Italy
It protects from one attack, but if it bypasses any immunity, or there’s more than one of them, it fails.
Or maybe if you are attacked, you lose occ immunity the next night.
This is a necessary change
This setup kinda exists
I mean
It’s fine if Arbiter / Visionary don’t appear to Marshal’s scout when converting.
But in all honesty the ability doesn’t really have a point if it can’t ever reasonably get results
fair
Replace first day ability with one that heals them if bite is successful that night
Remove passive effect healing on night ability
