He wasn’t 100% an IC because if anyone CC’d him then we’d be in a thunderdome as they could just claim that they TR’d Mole or some shit like this and shot Jane.
Plus, he was literally doing nothing this entire game.
i’d fear a not-IC alice or luxy (or myself but I have more willage potential) alive way more than an IC mole
they can do a lot more and would be really hard to misyeet
and I think that newer players would just kill the clear like I did in that cop13
