One of them (Not the Prince btw) claimed to have done it as a joke. As for the Prince… they had to out themselves and got bled because of it

It can in many cases be difficult to tell whether someone is playing badly, or intentionally gamethrowing
not every suboptimal play is gamethrowing
Some plays are just suboptimal (it is not maximally pro-wincon to check the obviously socially BD person who just got the Mastermind executed, but it’s obviously not throwing)
other plays it’s trickier to tell if they were doing it on purpose or not, but we err on the side of giving them the benefit of the doubt outside of a few specific circumstances

if “yes but u gamethreww and playy bed” it is toxic or not, up to debate. It is certainly salty, but won’t get even a warn likely. Things at that level aren’t considered.

also the report system depends on the person’s reputation
if, like, any of us good boys with 900+ hours and a report sheet clear as recently bought paper went in a game and did something worthy of a warn such as gamethrowing by saying the name of the last unseen member followed by GG WE LOST in the stand, it likely won’t be given.
in the opposite logic, minor offenses will be punished more severely if the offender repeats them over and over again, but the system is very pardoning and sometimes people received 3+ warns before a single 1-day ban because whoever cashed in the report forgot to check their history to see if they were a reincident offender
importantly to notice that antisemitism is a STRAIGHT 7-day ban, considered a very grave offense instead of being categorized as “toxic” or “personal offense” (both which very rarely go past a warn or a 1-day ban for a first time offender).
