[WIKI] Throne of Lies Terminology

Here’s a little index of what people mean by certain ToL phrases:


BD - Blue Dragon


Phys - Physician


Psy - Psychic


Pally - Paladin


Obs - Observer


Duch - Duchess


Occ’d - Occupied


Neut - Neutral


Poss - Possessor


Poss’d - Possessed


CS - Cold Steel


Merc - Mercenary


Alch - Alchemist


Exe - Execute


CW - Court Wizard


MM - Mastermind


CL - Cult Leader


GG - Good Game


Tb’d - Trollboxed


Conv - Convert


Conv’d - Converted


Reaper Check - The act of getting everyone to say something (typically the letter F) in order to check that nobody has been Reaped.


Private - A social event, usually chatting or a notification, that is NOT revealed publicly


Party - The Butler/Servant’s second night ability, Also known as Concentrated Wine. It occupies all his vistors and bypasses occupy immunity


Yolobomb/Yolo - The Alchemist’s second night ability. Also known as Emerald Potion. This kills a player.

ToS - Town of Shit
CC - Counter Claim
Luxx - Our Goddess and saviour most holy
Salty - Inappropriate/angry behaviour as a result of things not going the way the person wanted them to.
KYS - Kiss your sister
AFK - Away from Keyboard
Buttler - Boslof’s way of typing Butler.

DeLuxx - a death note/otherwise drawing made by Luxx ?

Only problem is that people don’t use that term yet… :thinking:

Is there any particular reason why ToL uses the terms Occupied and Class instead of the standard Roleblocked and Role?

Yeah, we have Classes, not roles :grin:
