Hmmm, okay. I’m somewhat inclined towards thinking Eevee and Appel are scum because of their erratic behavior. But that could just be me not understanding their motivations. And I feel there’s a way to puzzle this out for the best shot that gives us more info on the rest of the PoEs, but I can’t think of what that might be.
