Ok so the reason I needed to see Leafia’s worldview right now was that this post here was a fucking loaded cannon right into my towncore, completely contrarian to most people’s reads and arguing Surge is town:

Luxy and Cecil aren’t hero shots as both belong in the shotlist in my opinion. You’re currently borderline for me and that’s regardless of if Seth is a wolf or not which I don’t think he is. Just because someone has improved their ppl lay doesn’t make them a wolf and wolf!Seth doesn’t play the way that Seth is playing either. Right now it just feels like you see that Seth will be an easy lynch and have decided to get him lynched, whether for towncred or whatever. I do agree with you about Gorta though. He’s likely town, even if I’m currently tinfoiling that he could be scum. Right now Seth is someone that I consider to be a hero shot and if he flips town like I think he will and you survive tonight, you will be my shot Vulgard. That I can promise you.

This when he was 100% certain earlier in Surge being scum. I seriously can’t see t!Vulgard acting like this. High posting doesn’t make someone town. Take me for example, I’m always one of the high posters, even as scum. Especially as scum. Activity is NAI and Vulgard is trying to convince everyone that only townies highest. That’s a very easy and good way of towncoring wolves and Vulgard is a better player than to think that’s a good way of clearing people.

I wanted Leafia to post their reads so I could see what they’re proposing as an alternative towncore yet

She has 5/24 people listed as varying degrees of town including the top wagon of Surge. She has 8/24 players as scumreads, close to double the amount of her townreads when there are only 6 scum in this game. Everyone else is listed as null. Now I know I put her on the spot with the townlist but her mindset on the game makes no sense coming from someone who made a post literally flipping the gamestate on its head: More or Less Concensus Town are actually scum and the top wagon is actually town. This shows that wants to completely disagree with the gamestate but does not have an opinion on over half the playerlist. I was giving the her the benefit of the doubt with that post because she could have generally been a townie unhappy with the current events but her worldview here is way too narrow to justify a gameflipping read in any regard. She leaves over half the game on null which is a pretty good indicator that its a wolf readlist.

Overall, Leafia’s worldview here makes no sense to me, she actively and completely goes against concensus yet has demonstrated less than a solid grasp on the game, having over half the game as null and only 5 current townreads. If she was town and believed the current towncore was bad, she would make an effort to find players she would towncore and build her knowledge of the game so that she can expose the deepwolves. Instead she shades the entire towncore, arguing we should all be shot tomorrow during ITA but not suggesting any replacements for the position, indicating her intention is not to solve but to prevent a towncore formation. The current ‘towncore-ish’ is all scum to her apparently, and someone still reads Thunal as null despite large amounts of interaction between the two. This indicates to me that Leafia is trying to be seen as a towny to ‘break the mold’ and reshape the game where she has authority, whilst simultaneously saving her scumbuddy Surge . I can easily see them both flipping scum here and I do not think Leafia’s thoughts are real ones at all to say the least. Not to mention her readlist is pretty textbook wolfy with all the nulls, but I did force her to do it so its probably a weaker tell here.

Note: I’m using towncore as my personal towncore but I do believe we’re relatively concensus town at this point.

i’ve seen talk that Apprentice’s jumping in the wagon was wolfy and opportunistic to get a town mislynched
unfortunately they’ve barely posted anything so i can’t ask them about this which is quite frustrating
