Unless there are 30 more people joining the Mash in 10 days, I don’t think it will be running by the end of August.
To be honest, here’s how I’d handle night actions if I was host. I’d lock in night actions that have already been sent in an hour before the end of night, but if someone that hasn’t sent in an action yet by the time that actions were locked sends one in less than an hour before day starts, I’d process it as long as day hasn’t started yet, but it would be locked in as soon as they sent it… I personally think that’s the best way to handle night actions.

11 places left and if the game is filled before you join, well too late.
What if the action is an occupier and because they come in late you have to redo the whole night?
I personally woukd accept night actions right uo to the point if processing them and sending out feedback - but anyone with a published cut off is within their rights to reject them.
