But if that were the case then there are 2 scenarios (assuming I am scum)

  1. I’m mafia goon. If I’m assuming I knew I was the most suspicious, then I force my mafia JOAT to kill.
  2. I’m mafia JOAT. If I’m assuming I knew I was the most suspicious then I would noaction (to not waste it) and force my goon to kill

So it would still be beneficial to block me

Well that would be the obvious answer… except that there’s a couple pieces missing

  1. Eevee never fully expressed their readlist, so scum wouldn’t exactly know who she suspected and cleared
  2. They have full knowledge on who one of the Joat claims are
