Iām not saying theyāre town by any means, but Iām saying that I donāt want to immediately point fingers and call Maple scum just because of Marlās dartboard or Mapleās push on me.
I want Maple to get here and give their opinion now that the flips are done, and I will assess them once they do so.
I know thatās not why, but i also talked about the joat claim in my post.

If he was scum with Marl, would he have voted on anyone else? Not self-presing isnt something I find AI, especially not isolated, but if he was scum then i would see him switching to Wind orā¦something that would at least have potential to pick up more speed. Someone mentioned wind being a S!Joat and I dont know who said that or why, but possibility imo if pkr is scum?.

Wind do you have info on Maple? Iām pretty sure no one here intends to hammer, and you seem very anxious about the votes on them?
Fluffposting plus it kinda feels like theyāre just lurking around sometimes. Their Joat claim was also kinda bad and way too obviously fake. Plus people are townread them for an unknown reason that I canāt figure out still. All I know is that Arc reads them as town cause they shared a similar thought process one time and thatās it.
Btw, if we do take what Marl said into account about Eevee vs. Maple and one of them being scum, it actually does make Maple look like town because Eevee is now mech-confirmed as town and it would be stupid for Marl to set up his own teammate for a yeet by that logic.

Donāt read PKR and me as teammates. My inconvenient appearance was NAI and also if we were both scum, it wouldāve been risky for me to nearly get my scummate yeeted. That being said, I voted out Marl, so take it as you will.

I have really mixed feelings on Maple right now because I had a light scumlean on them for a long time because of the fluffposting (despite someone else mentioning it was either NAI or towny for Maple) until the JoaT fiasco when they decided to cc JoaT, not claim which JoaT, and also claim not to know which of the other JoaT claims was fake. I scumread them for that, but Eevee said we were basically ruining the cover for the JoaTs by reading into it like that. I had said that Mapleās JoaT claim was completely pointless and anti-town because thereās no way scum would believe they were a JoaT if even town didnāt believe their claim. It makes town waste a day yeeting town in that case, which is not very helpful. Nobody believed Maple was a JoaT, or at least not a town JoaT. But on the other hand, it would be even stupider for scum to do this because it sets them up for a ālol this is fake, letās yeetā.
That being said, itās always going to be a question of ādid they do this as town to cause chaos but had very inappropriate timing, or did they do this as scum to make us think itās too foolish of a move to be scum?ā at least from my point of view.
I went to townreading Maple for a while after that, and then flipped to scumreading them again, and now Iām just completely unsure where Mapleās slot stands. Theyāve done a good job of making themselves look vague, to put it one way, and at least by now my reads on min, Eevee and Eli being town seem to be mech confirmed. Thereās just nothing confirming Maple either way, unless theyāre going to claim to have taken an action last night.
*I should add, I was scumleaning Maple not only for fluffposting at the beginning, but also for voting min pretty quickly after Arctic did, along with Eli.
but it looks like Maple likes to jump into vote chaos, so Iām not really sure what that says about their alignment or if it says anything at all. They were scumreading me for sure into EoD, but their votes were also jumping around and only landed on me once, but jumped off me and onto PKR in the end for some reason.
Also from what I understand youāre saying Wind, you believe Maple was town because the actions they preformed were too scummy to make sense from a scum perspective correct?

yes, thatās what I was saying, or at least what I thought. but a smart scum could also do that on purpose, so Iām on the fence about it.
I feel like usually scumteams have one very interactive member and the rest of them lurk until voting time, actually, but idk.
