I’m kind of settled on a mix of the top two, but I’ll bump up the players to 19 so I can add in some more fun ideas and be experimental.
Balance is very high priority to accomodate for the votes on 17p balanced
Fun Factor is top priority, and power is going to be very very important

Flavor is a mix of Hearthstone / SCP / Jojo (albeit leaning most on HS since I enjoyed theorycrafting for that the most)
