Feels a bit silly, maybe should be framed as Infraction points and dying for disrupting the game or something.

Would fit as personal guilt over rule-breaking better as traitors don’t get this limitation, meow.

If your wincon’s to make sure people die, regardless of method, then you really shouldn’t be penalized for sabotaging puzzles, woof.

deciding whether to join this or not
I definitely contributed to making Wazza’s YTTD unfun for most people :frowning: so I don’t really want to make more games unfun by doing stupid shit
on the other hand I’d be willing to give Alice’s game a try to see how it goes

Like, now it’s basically impossible to turn this game into Survivor unless you’re intentionally gamethrowing, woof.

There will technically be a priority kill list now that most players will adhere to as the Sacrifice is an actual issue and the fact that I’m adding a few traitors that want to fuck up their escape means that they can’t just randomly make alliances with their friends as there’s a realistic chance that they’ll be backstabbed, meow.

To elaborate on this kill list, meow.

  1. Always go for people who are very unlikely to be Sacrifices. This should be common sense as you can recover from accidentally killing a non-traitor or a useful player, but you can’t recover if you yeet the Sacrifice.

  2. When you have two or more candidates who can’t be the Sacrifice, select between which one of them is more likely to be a traitor. This was another main issue with Wazza’s game as there was only one MM, so the traitor paranoia wasn’t very high.

  3. Since there will be more puzzles here, then in general select the player who’s more useful to solve puzzles. If there’s a player who only trees at spawn, then just kill them if the Sacrifice is outed and nobody has any leads on who can be a traitor.

Like, if you’re basing the kill solely on whether a player is your friend/ally or not then you’re playing the game wrong, and if you don’t get penalized over doing so, then that’s the fault of the game’s designer as that’s their job to ensure that players are motivated to work to their own objectives, woof.
