Ici can, because he revived PKR. PKR cannot be whispered to except via Ici as a result, and he said his class card is glitched too.

im guessing they are lovers at this point, so they can communicate with each other

so if we vote Ici out or kill him, they probably both die, which is not any better than killing a sacrifice tbh. either way, two die, unless the sacrifice picks to kill Ici in which case 3 might actually die…
