Your Turn To Die Misc - (12/20) - Chapter 2 END (THREAD 1)

They have not come forth.

That’s true, yeah. The only way to avoid it is to vote all keymasters and all sages now, but claims keep changing and I don’t think we have 8 of them. Plus the sacrifice will vote themselves and the MM will also vote someone outside those claims. Coordinating among commoners to vote non-sacrifice would be hard.

They have not come forth but I may know who it is.

Yes that’s what I meant. Because the mm would likely want to avoid the punishment if its something like a stat debuff.

We need them to come forth and to guarantee diplomatic immunity for this round.
Simply because then everyone is to claim where they found their card.

If the placer is actually being tactical then they should be able to check where they placed what.
And thus we’d be able to PoE the sacrifice next round automatically anyway

that’s stupid

This means the MM is guaranteed no progression during this game round.
If you catch my drift.

While that would be information to base stuff off of going forward but i also think we can avoid that outsome no matter what.

The placer had to have received their card before placing everyone else’s, though, so I don’t know what about the placer’s role makes them deserve diplomatic immunity.

That just seems stupid.

If the card placer isn’t the MM and knows who Sacrifice is every round, MM can literally never get a sacrifice exe’d.

I don’t think the placer knows everyone’s cards tbh

I assumed the cards had numbers for the order in which they were placed, which corresponded to roles the host already had listed.

This sounds broken?

I mean like the host had a list and then filled in card locations as the cards were placed, and not the other way around.

My head hurts i can’t grasp what your waying WW?
But thats also because its 3am and other factors…

No, I mean as in, the placer would have received 18 (or 20 if given all choices from the start) cards to place.

They could have effectively chosen their card, however, if they’re tactical then they should at least know where they placed the certain power role cards.

Someone placed the cards for the first main game, in the actual game… and eventually confessed to it since they didn’t know what they were doing. But we were informed of what the cards do since the beginning which means that whoever placed them could have been as tactical as they wanted.

^ Main game 1/2 spoiler.

Wait i need spoilors to grasp this. :face_with_head_bandage:

The only way it doesn’t work is if Wazza/CRich did automate it how Wind suggested potentially.
But the only way we could KNOW that is the case is via the Placer’s mouth

It’s almost 6 am here and I’ve been up since 1 lol

My point is that I don’t think the placer knew which cards were power roles. It could easily have been avoided revealing, other than the card they themselves received

Oh you mean like they got a normal deck of cards and just placed them around kinda thing.
