Oh yeah I do want to bring up an interesting question though.
How the hell do these cards work?
Like when the card placer placed them, were they automatically chosen, or were people already given a role from the start of the chapter and no matter which card they picked they would get the prechosen role?
are we actually putting all the keymaster claims in the PoE, though? isn’t it safer to not put any of them in the PoE?
I was wondering the same thing, but someone else mentioned preassigned roles to be meh, so I think they were probably set once placed.
Keymasters are unlikely to be Sacrifice.
So puting them in and then the sage claims after the PoE is set they clear the one Keymaster.

In the case that the roles are aligned with indivual cards and there’s no role auto-assigned to a player that they will get no matter what, what happens if the Keymaster, Sacrifice or Sage die before the main game even begins because people are bloodthirsty or whatever.
What happens if Keymaster, Sacrifice and Sage card weren’t even picked up in the first place because 1 person was killed so there was a free card that wasn’t picked up?
