Your Turn To Die Misc - (2/20) - Game Over

that might be the reason behind this entire simulation though, to see how willing we are to kill

yeah that’s what I’m getting at, I think that’s the point of the simulation because they said “you won’t die” and apparently we agreed to it, but the simulation glitched and people actually did die (first one not to die is Icibalus).

although from a scientific point of view i don’t see how it’s… a fair test
when some people are given abilities or tools that make them more able to kill than others
unless that’s part of it?

having judges and lawyers kind of nails the point in for me tbh

whistles innocently

if this is a test…
did i pass or fail?

I think it’s part of it
see whether better killing capabilities lead to higher likelihood to kill
or if killing motives are unrelated to abilities

i could understand it if people’s abilities literally didn’t involve killing
but i don’t really see the point of testing that when some people’s abilities just… let them kill

and others can’t

my ult allowed me to kill someone

But im a serial killer so

it would be useful to see if people are more likely to kill if they are more able to, but like
people who are unable to kill are obviously going to kill less than someone’s ability that lets them kill

  1. do people with high killer capacity kill just because they can?
  2. do people with low killer capacity try to kill anyway?
  3. will people kill for revenge?
  4. will people kill for their wincon?
  5. will people kill because they think it’s fun?
  6. will people kill when offered a reward?

yeah uh
literally all of those apply to me except probably 3

3 isn’t included because i would have nothing to get revenge on anyone for

not true
people with KP may not be able to kill more than once because ults are generally one-time use
so it does put a limit on the kills
some people are able to kill without ulting, not sure if their stats allow it or if a passive allows it
others can literally only kill by using their ability and they only get one shot

it’s also a test on societal mindset
if you take a bunch of people and pit them at each other, will they work together or will they turn against each other? if they know someone has to die every chapter, will they choose to sacrifice themselves or will they choose to backstab so that someone else dies instead? how selfish are we actually being in this game?

yes but like this entire test would be pointless unless our characteristics were known/controlled in some way

in which case there would obviously be correlations with ability to kill and killing
