there is literally no reason to unless this very specific situation occurs:

someone else has already died in the exploration, and one of the events occurs where someone will be guaranteed to die (in which case if you were to kill someone else to stop you dying due to the event then that would be fair enough, if that’s even how it works)

possibly you wouldn’t even be able to kill because of the event, but eh

idk, arctic has been saying this entire game that we should keep the MM alive until the endgame so they can openwolf or something

not really sure it’s working but we have a PoE of 2 which is manageable
