Your Turn To Die Misc - (2/20) - Game Over

But yeah, the card showed the whole “Ultimate Mastermind” where “Maste” was black and “rmind” was white.

Then it showed the SPECIAL passive for Cardless where they know all the cards in all the rooms in the first chapter. Then in later chapters they can’t start with the Sacrifice. And they knew who was placing cards.

Then there was the other Behind the Scenes passive about not dying.

Then it specified that it would be 2 Sacrifices escaping to win. Previously we’d only seen it say X Sacrifices.

Yeah, everything else indicates that the Ultimate Coder is female.

hmm, but then why would Marshal lie to Mist? was he trying to impress her? it would be odd to lie about that specifically when they’re at a hospital to visit his father.

So only Marshal saw that part? They didn’t share the experience in a thread together?

Mist saw it, too.

Yeah, that scene is very confusing. And I actually don’t know that it should be taken as clearing Marshal. Yes, Marshal and Misty maybe knew each other before the simulation, but if Marshal was related to the Ultimate Coder, and the Ultimate Coder appears to have been part of the issues happening here, then that’s actually kind of suggesting they were the MM and doing something to avenge his father. Though then it’s weird for him to reveal that. Haha.

BTW, at one point, I think I saw the term Ultimate Programmer used instead of Ultimate Coder. Maybe they are distinct?

I think it was your list of NPCs that used Ultimate Programmer instead. Not sure if I also saw it elsewhere.

Oh, and how was that scene initiated by Marshal? I wonder if it was actually showing a memory of the MM.

What if it isn’t actually Marshal’s personal memory but somehow they were seeing the memory of the MM and the reasoning behind why the MM is doing what they are doing.

5 hours remain.

Wazza said I can post this:

I’m going to vote for Intensify. There’s been lots of weird stuff with him playing with minds after death. Like Kyo mentioned the thing about him peering into their soul. Then there’s the Game Room message about his dead body filling the mind. And things with Intensify happened in the Game Room inside the simulation and the one outside. Like maybe his mind is controlling the Game we’re in from the Game Room. I kind of wonder if that cutscene was a memory of his coming through.

oh, I wonder if that was my fault or if I copied it from somewhere. I thought I remembered seeing it but I might’ve derped.

Marshal faked his death with Mistyx and me in the room, then Mist panicked, Zone came in and tried to set Marshal on fire, and Marshal was not actually dead and he grabbed Mist and disappeared.

Which room was that?

And that really is weird. Marshal never explained later why he tried to fake his death?

Kitchen, I accidentally deleted a sentence.
Zone threw a molotov or something and then the whole kitchen was on fire. DatBird had passed out so Ici and I dragged him down the stairs to the dining room.

So Marshal’s talent at the time was Ultimate Necromancer (the card’s somewhere in this thread if you ISO Wazza). What happened was that Marshal lied and said he was a Mastermind Desperado, and that if he stood in the same room as someone else and used his ability on them, if it was the mastermind he would simply die on the spot. He said he wasn’t allowed to say whom he’d pick, so we decided in order to clear Mistyx that the three of us would go into a room together (since I was already cleared) and he’d use his ability on Mist.

This is why Mist panicked. Marshal was so “dead” that she couldn’t even find a pulse when she checked, because apparently his ability allowed him to even stop his own pulse. Obviously he revived, and it was all a trick just to test Mist, but somehow they ended up on the roof (I think the roof of this building) where they found App’s body, then got transported to the first map of the simulation where they were in the Palace trapdoor and Marshal had the option to kill Mist but chose not to, and then after that they got the hospital cutscene. I think I remembered the details correctly, but you can check with Mist if I got it right.

Ahhh okay, I see. Yeah, I remember Marshal talking about using an ability to check Misty. And I heard about the kitchen.
