ah, moral dilemmas
well, first, it could either be used to fundraise the school or to donate to charity (or both but you gotta be clear on how much is given to both).
i’m not gonna go too in depth about it bc i also have to finish my backstory but it’s not morally wrong imo bc they know what they’re doing and can choose to help out if they want
it’s not conning them into giving money for something that’s kinda useless (although the lottery system does kinda suck) but they’re donating to the charity/school with the flavor lottery thing as a side bonus, not the other way around
