so one of the things this past quarter has made really clear is that the whole ‘exercise is Important for your mental health’ thing does in fact unfortunately apply to me
inconveniently all my main ways of exercising were dependent on, like, being a college student who is capable of leaving their place of residence
does anyone have suggestions for Forms Of Exercise That Can Be Done At Home? ideally that (a) don’t suck and (b) don’t require any sort of remotely specialized equipment
i would say ring fit adventure is extremely good but from reading your posting habits, i doubt you have a switch
without that, access to a pool, or any gym equipment (weights / treadmills etc.), except for like push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, wall sitting, and running up and down the stairs over and over again, there isn’t really anything of relevance that doesn’t require you going outside; i.e. jogging / cycling might be your best options.
