I also think that Fool dosen’t encourage people to break meta at all, simply because the second-best way to play Fool is just to roleplay as a wolf, because people will probably read you as a wolf if you pretend to be lost wolf.
Tbh the fool (in ToL) is fun to play as, as I’m always cursed with scuminess but it really isn’t fun to play against if that makes any sense.
So I’m kinda happy for the fool change in FoL.
So then you’d be read as self aware. In a format that has a town night killer, you’d be prioritized as a night kill and not a lynch.

I’ve also seen players of your guys experience completely Townlock someone on a town meta read. That’s not fun.

If the person is THAT scummy, its very unlikely they are town. Its a scum or Fool flip.

You’re incorrect on that front, anyway, because nobody reads for Fools as it’s a bullshit technique that dosen’t work. Everybody will just be like “oh, he’s wolf! better lynch him!” and you’ll win.
Fool, as a concept, is far too easy, has zero positive impact on the game and is generally unfun.
Look, Poss. Back before Wazza’s meta was established, we lynched him for literally bootlegging one of Ashe’s readslists, replacing only one nullread with another read and changing the reasoning to be worse, even keeping the same format, showing a clear lack of effort in trying to solve the game. He was village that game.
There’s no need for Fool to provide WIFOM because villagers fuck up causing a simmilar degree of wolfiness all the time.

you shouldnt be lynching on eggshells which is what fool does. If you think someone is wolf you should lynch them.
