Traditional media shows invisible people being able to see. Let us use the original(ist) source material and say they can.
Let us come to an agreement, so we don’t needlessly argue: Is invisiblity better than the others if you can see while invisible?
It is assumed that you have the ability to see while invisible. Otherwise, invisiblity will immediately lose.
The only confusion was the telepathy.
Which is only the ability to talk with another person with your mind. It’s not mind reading or mind control.

telepathy is useful in certain circumstances, but you could just create a code with your friends.
Let me ask you this: what distance is the telepathy over?
I am assuming though that you have to be in some form of proximity to the person you are talking to.
without guidance, I assume you have to be able to hear or see the target.
if you could telepathy with anyone, telepathy is best as you can find kidnap victims.

As much as I love this debate. I think it is about time we moved on to another topic. Or at least give us more options to discuss.
how about:
it depends on your bond with the person in question
the closer (emotionally) you are to some one the farther away (telepathically) you can be while communicating
aka you’re more familiar with their mind, so its easier to find and communicate with them
also maybe, the more times you’ve communicated with them, the farther away you can be to communicate, for a similar reason
