Why create 2 topics instead of asking someone to unlock the thread?

Is there deeper power within 2 topics? Does this increased power increase in a liner or exponential fashion?

The other one would have all the questions buried with spam if it was unlocked. With a second thread, the replies section can have nothing but questions.
