Well… I disagree.

I don’t think Ici is evil IMO. He is quite analytic and doesn’t have that apathy towards the game he seems to have as scum.

I agree with you on squid, htm, overthebin and possibly captain, though I’m leaning towards Captain being Neutral/NK.

I think Insanity may just be VI as per usual.
