I think itā€™s up to the host to design their setups in a way that they canā€™t be angle shoot like that.

it was a matter of principle
if you want to have the rule of absolute freedom from alt tmi, no one should get exceptions, even the mods. Yes it was a form of protest.

All of the issues have now been fixed though, so again this no longer applies. At all.
