Angleshooting in Forum Games

We found out rn that Solic and Alice/orange have completely different understandings of angleshooting.
I think that’s major. Not dead horse.

Activity shouldn’t even be used as a reason to villaread or wolfread someone, tbh.

Fair, tbh

In execution, does their definition work out similarly?
If so, I don’t see too much of a problem beyond standardizing

yeah, it’s been constantly pointed out activity is NAI

They are NOT working similiarly, as you can see if you watch who got warned for angleshooting by Solic.

This annoys me when people use it as a reason to read me as my post count is the same regardless of alignment and it only tells how busy IRL I am.

It’s simple

Use any strategy that you can safely do with public information or what you personally know

Don’t make a strategy based on abusing software to glean info about other players you shouldn’t technically know

Don’t make a strategy that involves exploiting a rule loophole

Don’t make a strategy that involves gaming the host for info you wouldn’t normally have

And don’t make a strategy that would cause a reasonable observer to decide you were acting in ways to subvert the rules

Not that hard to just play the game

Depends on the player tbh

pretty much what I was saying earlier tbh

I’m not sure if I understand
Could you elaborate

From experience very few players have volume tells.

Agreed

Hjasik used to.

not anymore

You read them by how much original thought they have now. They don’t think at all when they wolf.

Unrelated but I don’t know how to differentiate new!town from new!scum and it scares me

See how much they believe in their pushes. Newb!scum know that they are pushing villagers and can’t imitate the conviction that newb!villas have.

Plural. As In you do it more than once.

Honestly

Playing wolf by winging it is optimal for wolf play

It’s hard for people to scum read you if you just talk with no fear and hesitation
