I feel as if someone who’s as confident with bastard setups as Celeste wouldn’t show it if they were scum, surely it makes more sense to keep the confusion levels high as scum rather than offering clarity?

If you have seen celeste’s previous game where they glaidated luxy where both of them were town you would agree with that statement. for some reason celeste always has a gladiate ability

I just realized something.
celeste is town/party.
In their posts they actually thought that I was a party neutral. However they wouldn’t have offered me that contract then tried to push on me if they were mafia. They instead would try to work with me.

The way they said “I see a but in that sentence” Basically means that it’s kinda like they didn’t want me to accept it whereas a mafia wouldn’t say anything there. AS WELL. If mafia thought I was neutral they wouldn’t be saying that as they know I would accept it in a heartbeat if I was neutral.
I don’t know if that made sense
