It’s simply a string of luck, nothing more. You are getting unbiased RNG except in the case of not getting the same class over and over again.
Im not sure because they said experience players more likely to get important roles
I don’t think evil classes are included in that algorithm.
I think the classes affected by that rule are Mastermind, King, Cult Leader and Prince.
It’s probably just RNG.
