Amelia finished counting the day’s votes. “Wow, you all got this in just under the wire. Tan, you’re never gonna believe—Tan?”

Tan did not acknowledge Amelia, instead shaking slightly in place.

“Aw, hell, is she destabilizing again? I thought I fixed it earlier!”

“Hnn… grr…” Tan muttered.

“Damnit, let’s finish this execution quickly so I can fix… whatever the hell’s been going on with her lately. Alright, Cloned, get up here.”

Cloned stepped onto the platform, but the second he did, Tan’s head shot up. She grabbed him by the throat.

“Cl… oned… Hn… Gr… I… hu̴̲͍̒n̴͇͊͆ger̷̫̓͛̕͜!” The platform was awash in a blinding light, much like the one in the tavern yesterday. The aftermath of this flash, however, was Cloned’s limp body… smoking? Tan, meanwhile, seemed back to her old self.

“Whew, sorry about that, folks. Sometimes, this job takes a toll on me. Alright, Amelia, who are we executing today?”

Amelia, like the rest of the town, stood slack-jawed at the display. “Uh… Think we just did that…”

Tan pouted. “Aw, I missed it?”

Cloned has been executed, and dies! Please send in any Night 3 actions you have.

The crowing of a rooster rang throughout the town of Ravenswood Bluff, as the dwindling townspeople gathered once more in the town square in their bid to cleanse the town of evil.

Tan awaited them on the execution platform. “You know the worst thing about these demonic invasions? The crime statistics just go through the roof. The murder rate per capita around here, you wouldn’t believe. We also have reports of stalking, labor law violation, public intoxication… It’s like local law enforcement is completely incompetent! So I guess my question, Sheriff, is what are you doing about all this?”

Marshal’s ghost sighed. “For the last time, I’m not the sheriff here; people just call me Marshal because-“

“Okay then, Deputy, do you know what the sheriff plans to do about the surging crime rate?”

“sigh You’re just trying to use me to segue into a reminder for the town to find the demon, aren’t y-“

“You heard it here first, folks, the onus is on you to find the Demon. The deputy here doesn’t seem to be all that capable.”

“Tan, I’m gonna throttle you.”

“You see the violence inherent in the system, folks?!”

Marshal is found dead, as Day 3 begins. Nominations will open at 2021-02-23T20:30:00Z.

I can actually do that.

Eli and Clonedcheese have been executed (Eli D1, Cloned D2).

Jane, Gorta and Marshal have died at night (Jane and Gorta N2, Marshal N3).

Intensify died during D1, immediately after placing a nomination.
